Naar Phu is a restricted area trek that takes in some of Nepal remotes communities linked with the Tilicho trek this makes a splendid outing. Broken as it is in Manang it provides opportunities to restock part way along the route. The Tilicho element involves the crossing of three 5000+m high passes. Magnificient! The Nar Phu Valley Trek starts from Koto in Manang and follows a circular route via the high pass of Kang La 5,240m and down to join the Annapurna Circuit before heading to Tilicho and onto Jomsom. Although this trek can be completed as a lodge based trek crossing the high passes into the Jomsom region the facility to camp will mean that the pace of the trek can be reduced.
