The Everest Three Passes And Peaks Trek is one of the most dramatic and picturesque adventures in the Himalayas. Steeped in Everest’s romantic and tragic mountaineering history—from Mallory and Irvine’s mystery to Messner’s legendary solo ascent—this trek offers an unforgettable experience. Crossing three high-altitude passes and summiting three peaks, all above 5000m, it’s a true expedition amid the world’s tallest mountains. With varied landscapes, excellent lodgings, and immersive encounters with the Sherpa people, this trek ensures breathtaking scenery and proper acclimatization for the best Nepalese adventure.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the city or relaxing. Overnight at the hotel on a B&B basis.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Transfer to Ramechhap
Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu, including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and Boudhanath. In the afternoon, transfer to Ramechhap for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Take an early morning flight from Manthali Airport to Lukla (2,840m). Begin the trek with a gentle walk along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through villages like Chheplung and Ghat before reaching Phakding. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Continue trekking through forests, crossing several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. The trail climbs steeply toward Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 05: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Spend the day exploring Namche, visit the local market, or hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic mountain views. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)
Follow a scenic trail with stunning views of Ama Dablam and Everest. Descend to Phunki Tenga before a steady ascent to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Descend through rhododendron forests to Debuche before crossing the Imja Khola. A gradual climb leads to Pangboche, followed by a trek through alpine terrain to Dingboche. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 08: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Spend the day resting or hiking to Nangkartshang Peak for stunning views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 09: Trek via Kongma La (5,535m) to Lobuche (4,910m)
A challenging day crossing the Kongma La Pass, the highest of the three passes. The route descends to Lobuche via the Memorial Chortens. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 10: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140m) & Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Trek along the Khumbu Glacier to Gorak Shep, then continue to Everest Base Camp for breathtaking views of the Khumbu Icefall. Return to Gorak Shep for the night. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,550m) & Trek to Dzongla (4,830m)
A pre-dawn hike to Kala Patthar offers incredible sunrise views over Everest. Descend to Gorak Shep, then continue to Dzongla. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 12: Acclimatization Day in Dzongla
Rest and acclimatize before the next high pass. Optional short hikes in the area. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 13: Cross Cho La Pass (5,420m) to Dragnag (4,700m)
A strenuous day crossing the icy Cho La Pass, with incredible views along the way. Descend carefully to Dragnag. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo & Ascend Gokyo Ri (5,360m)
Follow the glacial path to Gokyo. In the afternoon, ascend Gokyo Ri for breathtaking views of Everest, Cho Oyu, and the surrounding peaks. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 15: Cross Renjo La (5,360m) & Descend to Lungden (4,368m)
A challenging day crossing the Renjo La Pass, offering incredible mountain vistas. Descend to Lungden. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 16: Trek to Thame (3,820m)
Trek through remote Sherpa villages to Thame, an important trading post with a historic monastery. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 17: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Descend back to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps through pine forests and suspension bridges. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 18: Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
A relatively easy descent to Phakding, enjoying the final glimpses of the Himalayas. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 19: Trek to Lukla (2,840m)
Final day of trekking back to Lukla, where you can celebrate the completion of your journey. Overnight at a lodge.

Day 20: Fly to Kathmandu
Take an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel for a well-deserved rest. Overnight at a hotel on a B&B basis.

Day 21: Departure from Kathmandu
Transfer to the airport for your international departure, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure.
